Not only do we care about the recovery of your data and the repair of your drive, but we also protect the status of your warranty. Because our facility and training meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s standards, if your hard drive is still under warranty, the warranty is not voided by our recovery and repair operations.

Your data couldn’t be in better hands than at The Data Rescue Center Cleanroom facility. State-of-the-art technologies and procedures are used throughout the facility.

The Data Rescue Center’s cleanroom contains fewer than 100 particles per one cubic foot of air that measure greater than 0.5 micrometers. Routine replacement of spent filters assures the cleanroom air-filtration equipment’s utmost efficiency.

Our UL listed, class 2 vault and cleanroom are protected from fire by a pentafluoroethane gas fire-suppression system. The system will not damage the electronics of the data storage devices. It will suppress the fire in 30 seconds.

All of our clients’ hard drives and computer equipment are secured in a UL listed, Class 2 vault. Access to the vault during working hours is controlled by a security day-gate.

The vault’s construction blocks radio, WIFI and other wireless signals, thereby eliminating attacks from outside the vault.

The vault is built with high strength concrete core encased in formed steel panels. The concrete has a 14,000 pounds per square inch density.
