Free Consultation

  • Contact The Data Rescue Center by phone (1-877-501-4949) or you can email us your details.
  • One of our technicians will work with you to determine what type of data loss you are encountering and what the best plan of action is to follow.
  • There is NO COST at this stage and you’re given valuable feedback and information about your drive. Talk to a technician and ask any questions you may have, we’re there to help!

Free Evaluation of your hard driveEvaluation

  • Once your drive arrives at The Data Rescue Center, we will carefully analyze your drive to determine the status of your data.
  • This evaluation is FREE OF CHARGE.
  • After this initial evaluation, a technician will give you a detailed report about the status of your drive and the data on it, the recommended actions, as well as a full quote with estimated delivery time.
  • If at any point you have questions regarding your case, our technicians are ready to talk to you, guiding you along the way.

Data RecoveryRecovery

  • The next step is the actual recovery work. Depending on the severity of the problem with your drive, this process can be straightforward and quick, or more involved and time-consuming.
  • Your technician will be able to give you an estimated time for the recovery. We’re there to help guide you through every step. You can choose your preferred method of contact (either email or phone) and you can always contact us to ask anything.

  • Once the recovery is complete, your precious data will be returned to you on the media of your choice (hard drive or DVD).
  • Your original problem drive will either be returned to you as well, or (in case it's no longer any use to you) we offer to securely recycle it at NO EXTRA COST!

No need for that old hard drive?E-Waste Recycling Program

We have just the solution for you here at The Data Rescue Center with our E-Waste NO-COST Recycling Program. We can dispose of your old hard drive in a green and secure way.

We will hold onto your old drive for 60 days, and once those 60 days have passed, we will securely wipewe can even provide you with DoD certification. the data from the drive using special data wiping tools;

If it was an unrecoverable drive we will remove the data platters from the drive casing and have them shredded. The remaining drive parts will be recycled in one of two ways, they will either be tested and used for our part stock or they will be given to an electronics E-waste service.
