How do you ensure that my migrated data will make it back to me in a safe manner?

A technician at The Data Rescue Center will place your data in ESD-safe packaging that has been specifically selected to provide a safe and secure transit.

The Data Rescue Center recommends shipping via UPS Next Day or 2nd day air as this helps to minimize the amount of impact (or “touching”) the package will incur during shipment.

As a secondary measure, The Data Rescue Center will also keep an exact copy/clone of your data in the lab for at least 10 days from the date of your data departure from our facilities. This will allow us to create another copy of your data should anything out of the ordinary happen.
