How long will it take before I receive the Hard Drive Failure Report?

Typically you will receive the Failure Report and Service Quote within 24 hours of your drive’s arrival at our facility, at times it can take up to 48 hours.

This depends largely on the workload of our engineers at the time of its arrival, as well as the availability of our service quote team.
