Great! Great! Great company. We lost of our son's baby pictures and my files for school. While it took us a while to decide it we wanted to move forward with the data recovery, Erin would always check in with me to see if I was still interested. She responded promptly to emails and while it did take a little bit longer then anticipated from the time we authorized the go ahead to the time the order was complete, we were completely happy with the end results. The company even offered a military discount without hesitation and because the drive I sent in had some issues with the USB connect, they informed me immediately and offered to hold onto my data for 30 days vs the normal 10 days in case of any issues. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to recover important data.

My external hard drive was having issues, so I sent in to The Data Rescue Center, I was nervous at first. This drive has all of my photos and my movies, so I was really hopeful to get it recovered. Once it arrived they notified me that their process has started. A day later they sent me the quote for the recovery, everything was presented up front to me. When I called in with questions their customer service reps we very helpful and fast to respond to both my emails and calls. My recovery took a little longer then what they stated, but they did an excellent job keeping me updated.
Overall it was a stressful situation but they were able to help and recover my data.

After my 3 year old spilled juice all over my laptop I was crushed. I had all of his photos and my newborn daughters baby pictures on there, not to mention tax documents from our business. Believe it or not, things have not really gone forward so swiftly as we would have hoped. The devastation of this storm will leave it's imprint for years to come, however things are certainly much more promising than before. Thank you so much for your concern, your help and your patience. I am referring The Data Rescue Center to people that are in similar situations. I am also planning on doing a piece in my newspaper to take a look back at the storm and all it's horrible details. I will be including The Data Rescue Center as one of my storm angels.
