Would you recommend that I try your Recovery Software before I send in my drive?

If your drive can be seen in your computer and is not making any noises out of the ordinary, you can proceed with caution.

If you are unable to scan the drive or recover the files from the scan results, without the amount of time increasing to an unreasonable number, then you should stop all recovery attempts and send your drive to us so that our engineers can safely analyze your drive and recover your data.
